use unicode in table part list

I cant use unicode to display Vietnamese in table part list. Does it support unicodde. I use Times New Roman font

I don't have a lot of experiance with foreign language fonts but I beleive you need to use a bigfont file to do this. AutoCAD 2006 is not Unicode compliant.
