Weird Mouse Behavior...

I have the Logitech Cordless Duo (cordless IR mouse and keyboard) and the mouse speed settings don't work in Revit. The mouse slows down so that I have to scroll my hand across my mouse pad several times to get from one edge of the screen to the other. In all other programs I can scroll from side to side with the flick of my wrist. Any ideas why Logitech mouse properties don't work in Revit?
