Dynamic Door

In white paper #2 for Autodesk's description on Dynamic Blocks there is this awesome door at the bottom of page 7 with multiple flip points, scale and stretch actions.

I have tried to create this door myself but have been unsuccessful to date. I seem to be missing SOMETHING ... that "je ne sais quoi" ....

To make this short .... has anyone been able to re-create that type of door? Does anyone know where I can get my dirty CAD paws on it?

Have you looked in the sample folder in your AutoCAD 2006 install? That door shows up for me in the default Tool Palette that comes with 2006.
