LISP routine runs twice

Sorry for so many posts lately but I am just pumped up about learning and programming. I noticed the lisp we use in my office seems to run twice when you load it so it seems as though we are missing something I just not sure what

No need to apologize. This is what the forums are here for.

Do you run this routine on every drawing? If so, you might think about using templates. It would be quicker in starting a new drawing.

I haven't figured out how this routine would repeat itself.
