Our office is set up sharing our licences with two other offices through the network licence manager.
When I go to 2006 do both the other offices have to switch at the same time or can 2005 and 2006 run parallel Network licence managers?

Hi
Check out the following Technical Document on the Autodesk web site under the Knowledge Base section -
ID: TS1050547 - Licensing AutoCADĀ® 2006 and previous releases on same server (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/item?id=5549147&linkID=2475323&siteID=123112)
Have a good one, Mike

"You must ensure that you first uninstall the existing Network License Manager and install the version provided with AutoCAD 2006. AutoCAD 2006 licenses will not be available if this is not upgraded"
But when I remove the existing is that going to mess up the other two offices when they try to share licenses?

It shouldn't as you will be moving the licences to the newly installed licence manager...
The increment for AutoCAD 2006 can then be combined into the existing license file per the following example, and the service configured:
For information on installing and configuring the Autodesk Network License Manager for AutoCAD 2006, refer to the Network Licensing Guide accessed from the Documentation tab of the Product Media Browser.
