Looking for a Balloon routine

I am looking for a BALLOON Lisp with leader and a circle or an ellipse which covered from 1-4 text inside it.
I've found a Lisp for this but it's used for AutoCad14. It didn't work for Acad2005 that I am using.

Experts out there, please help!

Here's one I wrote a long while ago but is still used with Acad2004.
It uses an attribute instead of text but you should be able to modify if required.
