Problems with TABLES and buffering

I'm using tables to show various schedules on my drawings. I'm having a problem with my text touching the top and sides of my table's borders. Any idea how to avoid this? I need to have my justification set to "top left". I've tried to just use "middle center" but I've gotten some grief about that from the engineers.

Look in the table styles and check out the "Cell margins" setting.
