Does anyone know how to keep track of changes made to a drawing, eg since the las time it was issued???
I'm not referring to the undo/redo feature but to any way to highlight the changes made from a previous save, the same way changes are shown in MS Word.

Cheers

Hi

A "good" Document Management would have such a feature...

You might want to have a look at the following thread...

Comparison and differences of two dwg files (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=27614)

Have a good one, Mike

This depends on your work:

I have some files where I set up 12 layers that have a different color assigned to them.
Each layer represents an engineering change. I can view the changes that were made due to the color coding. This method only works after the original design was released. It does however help me easily identify each engineering change without using a bunch of change balloons.
