Area by interior point

Does anyone know a quick way to do this? SurvCAD had this option but LDT/Survey does not have a viable option to this.

It would be a two step process, first run the Bpoly command and then list the polyline. If you have the enclosed area set up as a parcel, you can just do a parcel report and get the area.
