Clipping doors and windows

How do you clip doors and window that you have a break-line going through it?

I usually clip with a viewport, and draw breaklines at the edge of the viewport in PS.
Don't think I would want to go through all the work of trying to break a window or door! (yeah, I always look for the LAZY way!)

As long as the end product (the sheet of paper) looks the way you want it. Then you did it correct.
