reindex error "HELP"

I have been adding files to Vault and re indexing them until this Sat.. I added about 2,000 more files and went to re index, it said that the re index was completed successfully so I went to VE client to check on it and received the attached error. Now I can not get into any Vault directory

Did you solve this? Do you continue to have this issue?

Just curious because our office seems to be thinking about using Vault and we normally have about 5-10 GB dwg files per project.
