Dynamic Blocks with Attributes

I am creating dynamic blocks and I need to be able to move attributes within the block. I can not figure out how to select the attribute. When I select it it gets filtered out. Is there a way to add it to the selection?

ThanksIt sounds like the attribute may be locked. In the Block Editor (BE), click on the tags that you want mobile, and at bottom of properties dialog, switch "lock location" to 'no'. it should make the grip active outside of BE.
