parcel questions

1. when renumbering parcels c3d tells me the parcel number is in use, but its not on my parcel list.

2. i have a phantom parcel that has a number and area but no boundary shown. how do i delete it?

I'm not sure if this is your problem, but I have read that if you have a closed alignment, it automatically create a parcel.
If this is the case, you cannot get rid of it.

yep 2 alignments do close, that must be it

Create a bogus site, and move the parcel to that site..

i created some styles and put it on a frozen layer, i can see it but its still there

Change the visibility of your style.
Settings Tab>Parcels>Parcel styles-Rightclick, Display Tab change visibility
