Hi,
I was trying to add an instance parameter to the structural column tag family so that I could add small chunks of text like "post up" to the end of the 6x6 tag. We have the ability to add text to dimension text by using the prefix and suffix instance parameters. I tried to add a Text instance parameter to the tag family but wasn't able to accomplish what i wanted. I am rather new to Revit, can someone tell me if I am trying the impossible or just going about it the wrong way. thanks for your time,
