This small program (http://www.cadxp.info/sujetXForum-344.htm) from Eric Guelen, will make your Properties window transparent.

Run it before launching AutoCAD, it works on Windows Xp and 2000.

I haven't an english version to test, if someone could test that for us, that would be great!
