Need help with wall corner and window problem

I have these "corner 1" windows done as in place family in several places. Corner 2 however refuses to close family as soon as I place a single piece of anything into the openings. Any idea why.

I suspect the void for the return leg in the "corner 2" window is cutting the corner element ? ( But maybe missing it in "corner 1" ?

The only difference between working and non-working window opening, as far as I can see, is the position of the opening cut lines. Working windows have it on the inner side of tha walls, non-working - on the outer edge, and I can't figure out how to control it's position.

Its often easier to select the opening cut in a 3D view. Then go to a plan view and unlock it. Then, from the Option Bar, click Edit and adjust it as necessary.

Alternatively, there is a Corner Window Family in the shipped Revit standard families that may do the job, or could be modified.
