my 2 cents worth

I would like to see more training via avi's where the instructor is showing on screen "how to" similat to the tutorials by Scott Onstott.

Scott Onstott is not in anyway affiliated with me except that when I was trying to learn Revit, I found the on screen avi's very very helpfull. Infact it gave me confidence in jumping in the deep end. Whilest I know training is different everyone, this is mine.

I for one would pay for this type of training which could be provided as modules.

Totally Totally Totally agree with this & been advocating it as well

Cannot agree with you more

AVI's provide a much better learning experience than anything else
Why? ~ because they are visual with no (fewer) language barriers

A library of these would be invaluable

Yes I agree

Thanks

How hard would it be for Autodesk to "record" the distance learning classes, and make the avi's available? (Thinking here of products like Camtasia). The only sessions I could consider signing up for are the 4pm sessions as they equate to 6am for us on the other side of the world. If the avi files are posted - (and yes I fully recognise a typical one and a half hour session would probably be about a gig's worth of HDD space), then you could replay the Avi's at your (p)leisure.
