Layers in NCS that would indicate use for ADA code requirements and symbols

I don't have access to the NCS to look up questions. Is there any layers in the NCS that would indicate the use for ADA code requirements and symbols? And how about any layer that would indicate the use for codes?

I haven't looked at the NCS either. But I have looked at the one provided by the Corps of Engineers. I don't think that it goes into that type of detail.
