As the title says, we are looking for a LISP (or other app) that will help us purge drawings. I can find a batch purger, but thats not exactly what we are looking for.
What we'd like is something like this: a dialog that says "You have opened this Drawing 10 times, would you like to Purge unused elements now?" with a Yes/No button. If you click Yes, it does a Purge All, or runs the purge command allowing you to selectively purge.. If you click No, the counter goes up to 11, and you get the dialog again next time you open the drawing, until you hit Yes. Upon clicking Yes, the counter starts over.
I know this isn't probably so simple, but thought I'd ask if anyone has heard of something like this.
Network Storage space is cheap, but we still find ourselves with really bloated drawings all the time, because no one seems to ever clean up the "junk" from drawing files. We think we can get back 30% or more space if we can start "helping" people purge their DWG files.
TIA!
