Ability to move blocks in Composer or at least copy them

I would like the ability to move and/or copy blocks that are currently in a drawing to different locations. Currently you can't select or manipulate any part of the drawing. You can hide layers and trace over artwork, but you can't actually select and manipulate it.

This would be very handy when I send a drawing to an outside source, if they want to make changes to it, they can move the blocks around and send it back to me for review.

Autodesk DWF Composer allows a user to insert custom symbols. If you send your DWF recipients your blocks, they can import them one time and have them for regular usage. They could draw clouds around blocks to delete and mark as them as "delete" or just draw white rectangles over them. They could insert the new blocks as custom symbols from the pull down menu.
