Ceiling Tag Bug

When trying to place ceiling tags using the tag command, nothing is selectable. If you use the tag all not tagged command, ceilings are tagged.

I believe that is because it wants to tag the boundary...did you hover over that?

I'd like very much to tag a ceiling the same way a room is...or in other words, I don't like tagging the boundary of a ceiling.
