How to tie vertical alignments together

Hi,

I just started to use Civil 3D and I managed to create profiles, alignments in plan view and in the profiles and I have a project with an intersection and I would like to tie the 2 alignments together so that when I modify on vertical alignment the other vertical alignment changes as well.
Is there a function to accomplish that?

I don't believe that's possible... Not sure.
You could try arranging them so that they are atop one another so that when you grip edit it will grab both of them, but that's asking for a crash and possible loss of data.

It can't be done in C3D, but if you'll consider a 3rd part app, check out Advanced Road Design from CadAPPs Australia. The stuff is sweet, and does exactly what you're after and then some.
