Help putting together a British Building Regulation stair program using LISP

Hello Everyone

I'm trying to put together a British Building Regulation stair program using lisp
I have managed to get a small way along the road to achieving this.
However I'm now stuck, the lack of lisp knowledge is the problem, can anyone help?
I have attached the program, which sets out the regulation inside it.

I have changed a little in your program so that your program can run error free.
But I cannot help you in your subject .


You have used a variable "GT" without providing its value. Set a value to GT and your program will run.
