MDT6 Newbie

Can someone point me to a quick-n-dirty explanation on how to work with Constraints.
I have a opportunity to play with MDT6 to fix a few drawings for someone, but it appears that some of the issues are in the constraints

If the constraints are a concern they can be deleted - all or individually - from Assembly>3d constraints. This of course removes the associations between the relevant parts but gives the opportunity to make the necessary changes.
