To prevent move or delete file contains blocks for Fly Toolbar

Hi all,
I created a Fly Toolbar, all blocks were in one drawing. To secure the drawing from being deleted, what I should do?
Any advise?

Place the drawing in a secure location with only read permission for those that do not need to modify it. Allow yourself and others that do need to modify it with write permissions.

You may not need them, but if you are the one responsible for the upkeep of those blocks then I would highly recommend you get that type of permission.
