I have VIZ (an older version though) and I know I'm not using it to its full potential. Usually I do 3D modeling in AutoCAD (solid modeling too, which is probably bad) and then apply materials and render in VIZ. Are there any online courses or tools that could help be get better at this? I would like to have better rendering skills.

Thanks!! :)

I would recommend searching Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/gp/search/ref=nb_ss_gw/104-3072129-6573501?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=Rendering+Autodesk+VIZ)or Barnes & Noble (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/results.asp?WRD=Rendering+Autodesk+VIZ&z=y&r=1&cds2Pid=9481) .com for books on Autodesk VIZ. Books by George Omura are VERY comprehensive.

Also, check out CGS Society (http://www.cgsociety.org/) and CG Architect (http://www.cgarchitect.com/).
Those are about all I can think of right now.
