I was just found a command in CAD which use to check and track who is using the CAD file in from the directory.
I am not sure if anyone from AUGI has post this thread before as I am a new member in this forum.

The command is - "whohas"
-Just type in the command while you are in CAD and select the file from the directory and hit enter. A screen will appear with the username of the person who has that particular CAD drawing open.

I found this is useful if more than one person using the same dwg file from the same directory.

Cheers,

JG
