If you want to - let's say - modify the revision of your drawing in the title block, you can double click on the block and the "enhanced attribute editor" opens. You go to the field of the revision, modify it and click apply or ok.
You can also click directly on the revision, the same dialog box opens, but you are directly in the right field to modify your revision.
In other words - You are directly in the correct field to modify the "TAG" you clicked on to open the "enhanced attribute editor".
Am i clear?
