Summary: If a file is already open it should READ-ONLY if another user opens it, like other windows compatible files.
Description: I would like to have Inventor files act like most other Window's compatible file. Where the file becomes "read only" for others when someone already has it open.
How Used: I do not think that you should have to install Vault or use a unstable project type to have this common Window's trait.
