I have a ton of projects I'm working on that are all using the Workshare. And since I just upgraded to Revit 9 all my central files and local files are no longer linked when I open a project. Is there a way to remedy this problem?

historically no, the process when upgrading worksets jobs is to make sure everyone stc, then open the central, upgrade it, then create new locals from the upgraded central.
