AutoCAD LT hangs accessing networked files via Network Places

Anybody have any experience with this? We're not running anything fancy, WinXP with a peer to peer network. Every time we attempt to open a file through the Network Places the program will just hang. We can go out to explorer and open network files this way without any problems at all. Is there a setting somewhere?

Are all Servers and Paths successfully resolved when accessed via Network Places ( be it via AutoCAD standard file dialog box or Windows Explorer ) ?
