Can't Explode Dynamic Blocks

why can't i explode dynamic blocks?

this particular dynamic block is a dynamic block that i did some editing using the block editor and then after editing it i renamed. before i did the editing and renaming, i can explode this dynamic block but after that it won't explode anymore.

what caused this?
