launch excel

Hi
can any body help me about this message:" cannot launch or attach to microsoft excel".

when i was working with mcd to creating table driven parts, that message appear, and I searched in on line help , but no usefull,
any suggestions

What version of MDT are you running, and have you applied all of the service packs?

What version of Excel?

I have mdt revsion 6, and I have Microsoft Office Excel 2003, serves pack 2.

Is that Service Pack 2 for Excel or MDT?

Make sure that you have the Service Packs for MDT (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/index?siteID=123112&id=2334435&linkID=4183232#section16)installed.
