I have submitted a routine in the Portuguese forum and it is named PMSFptwtxt.lsp look here (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=41930 ).
This routine extracts the x y point of text and the elevation written there and places a 3d point at that location. If you need help get in touch.
