Help request to improve program speed

Hi,

After a long exercise I wrote a program. Hum…. My manger was not satisfied with the speed of the program. Um..mm. He wants quick results.
Would you please let me know the methods, to improve processing speed of the program.

I've made some changes and it appears to be a bit quicker.
