Civil 3D will not load completely...

My Civil 3D will not load completely. It will get to the point of "Loading AECC Roadway..." and freeze. The program will not be "not responding" but AutoCAD will not go any further.

I was recently running StormCAD along with AutoCAD, but I changed my profit back from StormCAD before I exited the program.

Any ideas?
