Check to see if you have text masking on - dim styles, text tab, fill color

I did. Many thanks

BTW, What's its (text fill color) purpose?

....and man, I only stopped setting up stuff only working in AutoCAD since Rel.2004 (in April 2005) and it seems as if 2005 & up is a brand new ballgame such as: Tables, Sheet Sets, Dyn. Blocks, etc.

Now, to learn Inventor Pro R.11 Routed Sys.

I love it but, at 41, I am resembling more and more my salutation below.

If you set it to your background color, it creates a nice text mask around your dimensions (great for when your dims go through lines). Other than that, I dunno :)
