Trim inside halfcircle

I am looking for a routine called "jumpover".
For crossing lines, I would like to pick one of them to "jumpover" the other. The "jumpover" consists of a halfcircle (arc).diameter 2 mm. The program should be able to break the line that jumps over at the endpoints then deletes the line inside the arc. (not the one that its jumping over.)
Anyone?
