Beg a few pointers...
In brief: Mechanical user five years versions 2000 & 2004 DX. I am setting up Mechanical version 2007 (part of Inventor 11 Pro Routed Systems) on behalf of GS&P for Innophos, a chemical company in Nashville, TN.
2 Questions
Short explanations needed to confirm my understanding from the Mechanical User's Guide:
1a.) Paperspace's use is fully integrated into Mechanical 2D unique functionality/features. Correct?
1b) Can a model space drawing border utilize the software's drawing scale features; scaling a border (including annotation dimensions )to the closest user-specified, standard scale ?
2.a) Any preference/consensus from users of Inventor (3D) or Mechanical (2D) on whether they use model or paperspace for drawing generation?
2b.) Are there any of the two software's' features that are conducive to using either one?
2c.) Your opinion is on this is appreciated.
