where to find descriptions of the ACET-xxx commands used in LISP?

Can anyone tell me where to find descriptions of the ACET-xxx commands used in lisp? I see these commands used in the Express lisp files, but cannot find any documentation on what they do or what the parameters of the commands are.

I don't think these functions are documented anywhere, but I'll be watching this thread in case I'm incorrect....
