Subdivide a parcel of land/lot

Hello everyone,

I need help for a lisp that can create equal lots or blocks on a parcel of land to be subdivided
no matter what area would come out as long as it is equal. I'm using Autocad 2006 and I don't know land dsktop.

What is your budget? You may be able to find a freebie lisp/vba routine, but what you are asking for is included in professional programs like Land Desktop, SurvCADD (http://www.carlsonsw.com), Eagle Point, etc. and therefore there isn't much need for someone to create freebies.
