Mtext (word wrap) with Fields

Can somebody pick my brain for me? Last year I created this title block (see attached) for a pilot project in our office using Fields and Sheet Set Manager. I am now looking back at the Title Block and can't figure out how I made the Fields to wrap!

I need somebody to dissect it and tell me what I did to make it work. Any takers?

Took a quick look. Mtext with a given width is the only why I know of to wrap fields. Which is what you have in your titleblock.
