View Full Version : mtext not transparent

One of my colleagues wishes to place a note over his drawing that is not transparent (similar to post-it or solid note) but does not want to lose the information under the note's location. Any ideas. We run on Autocad lt 2000

I don't know if LT has it, but the wipeout command would work for this. You would place this above your drawing and the text above it.
If there isn't a wipeout command, then use a solid or draw a boundary and hatch it with a solid hatch. Set it's color to 255. In your pen setting, set 255 with 0 screening. It might look gray on the screen, but it will plot out white.
