How can I count the Lighting in ABS Program??

I would like to know if ABS can count the quantity of lightings according to room area room volume?

i think you may be bl to do his with a PSD along with a formula. Do you want watts per sqft or just the numbr of lights in a space?

David is correct, to start working towards the desired result that you are looking for. It is not a straight forward ACAD type of pick and click. It involves drilling down to the

Style Manager/Document Objects/Property Set Definitions/ELightingDeviceSpecificObjects

This is where you can create the formulas associated with the devices
in order to start extracting the information from your project

Start learning these features and areas in ABS and they will serve you well, it will take time so be patient, and enjoy the power of ABS dont let it overwhelm you.
