Multiple Camera Render Command Help

Hi
I am Newbies of Revit API. Just download the help and the visual studio from MS.
Is that possible to write a script to render all camera placed in Revit and save it as jpg/capture it by one click? How should I start and what is the step?

Sorry, can't be don't via the API at this time. I'd also add this has been a looong time request as a Revit feature.

Hopefully we'll see some movement on rendering in V10.
