Button Macro Disappears on Restart?

Hi
Friend of mine seems to be having problems finding and keeping command buttons on his interface.

We made a replacement button with the same macro. But it only lasts as long as the program is open and is gone upon restart.

Is there a default button somewhere.

He would like to restore the toolbar to its initial glory. Thanks for any help.

this is actually more of an autocad question then an acm or mdt issue

the problem is most likely that the custom image of the button is saved is a folder that is not supported by the autocad support folders - add the folder in the autocad options - file search path
