Hello all,
I have a site plan that shows a property line with an arc on one of the corners. Could someone explain to me the process of drawing an arc using surveyor units in cad (2007). The arc on the survey lists three items: "R"( I assume radius), "C"( I assume chord) and "A" (unsure of this).

This will prove to be a true "newbie" question, but forgive me, I've drawn surveys before, but not one with an arc. Any help is appreciated.
Chris.

Easy way:
Draw an arc using the supplied radius, it doesn't matter how long. Then use the ._LENGTHEN command to set the arc length (the "A" in your data). If necessary, rotate so that the Chord is at the correct angle.

There are other ways, and if you have the radial bearing and/or delta, you can get a more accurate ARC by using this data in a different way.

Could they possibly be Radius, Central (Delta) Angle, and Arc length? These are generally the three pieces of information given for a curve that is tangent to the course leading into it.
