The company that I am working for is just now starting implementation of ADT2004. I am working through the tutorial that is out of the box. I have substituted our company title block for the one the it defaults to but is there any good way to change all of the job related attributes globally because the tutorial acts as if you have to change each one as the sheets are created.

you can create your own titleblock template and set it as the default template in the desktop short cut. if you right click on the shortcut and select "properties" then edit the "target" line to have your company's template as default. It should look something like this:
"C:\Program Files\Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2004\acad.exe" /t "YOUR COMPANY TEMPLATE HERE.dwt" /p "Architectural Desktop" /ld "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AecBase40.dbx"

Yes, I have done that. Unfortunatly it is not quite what I am trying to accomplish. In the Project Manager under the sheets tab. When I create a new sheet it defaults to a .dwt file. It inserts the dwt as a block and not an xref. When this happens all the attributes are open for editing. Some of our attributes on the title sheet are Job related and we have another block of attributes set for sheet related attributes. The job attributes will be constant on each sheet (project number, project name, address etc..). We have approx. 30 sheets per project. It is infeasible for us to type in the attributes on each sheet and if something changes we would have to open each sheet and edit the needed attributes.
If somebody has run across this and has a work around or if there is something that I am missing please let me know.
