Fatal Error when trying to delete Parcels

I am having trouble deleting a parcel. Whenever I try to delete a sub-entity, delete the whole thing, move it, explode it, or even grip edit I get a fatal error: unhandled access violation reading 0x9999999a exception at 9999999ah. Does anyone know what this means, how to fix it, or how to get rid of this parcel. Thanks

One thought: have you applied the applicable SERVICE PACKS (http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/index?siteID=123112&id=2334435&linkID=3549304) for your version?
