AutoCAD 2007 - Create Sheet Set only includes 3 DWGs from a folder of 7

The first time I tried to create a sheet set in AutoCAD 2007 selecting the drawings (7 ea.) from a folder it would only add 3 in the new sheet set. Have I missed a setting somewhere?

Are those four drawing files already associated with another Sheet Set ?
